    This information is very important. Please be as specific as possible. If you have a vehicle and trailer, include the length of both. If you have a float, include the length of the float and the tow vehicle. If you have a marching group, please estimate the feet required for that group to stage.

22. Entry Rules *

    1. NO items can be thrown by any parade entry!  This is a safety measure for the participants and spectators at the parade.

    2. Each entry will need to have a banner identifying their entry. 

    3. No unnecessary stopping at any time!

    4. There will be a limit of 12 vehicles per car club

24. Waiver

    The undersigned desires to participate, either individually or as a member or representative of a group, in the Christmas Parade, sponsored by the City of Millington on December 2nd 2023. In consideration of such participation, the undersigned does hereby waive and release all claims, losses and liabilities of every kind, both as to personal injury and property damage, which he / she / it may have against the City of Millington, its elected officials, employees and agents, in connection with or as a result of participation in in said parade. ABSOLUTELY NO CANDY OR OTHER ITEMS MAY BE THROWN FROM THE PARADE ROUTE TO THE SPECTATORS FOR SAFETY REASONS. We ask that vehicles refrain from doing burnouts along the parade route. Failure to follow these rules will result in removal from future parade lineups. All vendors must go through the City's Parks and Recreation office to retain a permit.  The undersigned further indemnifies the City of Millington, its elected officials, employees and agents as to any personal injury or property damage incurred in connection with or as a result of participation in said parade. The undersigned is executing this waiver, release and indemnification on behalf of himself / herself, individually and on behalf of said registrant, and all persons who are participating in the parade as members or representatives of such group. The undersigned represents that he / she is authorized to execute this waiver, release and indemnity on behalf of such group.
