The Maple Room (room # 2) is an open meeting room that accommodates up to 70 people in various set up configurations. To check the availability of the Maple Room for your next meeting / event, please see below.  You may request a reservation on line by selecting REQUEST RESERVATION. The fee is $50 per hour. There is a $100 refundable maintenance fee along with a $20 non resident fee if applicable.
